About

I have established the company in the year 2000 under the name SIKOLOGIA.

The company was formed as a direct response to the growing need for phychometric assessment and performance evalution for business and individuals looking to improve performance and efficiency. Later on we expanded our services to include training and workshops. Also, more services created for personality development as well as psychological and educational services for induals and family to promote mental and psychological health and wellbeing.

Since 2000 and we in Sikologia Completed projects from the birth of the idea to its completion. We have worked on social, psychological, educational and organizational projects such as:

The Ideal Arab Mother & FamilyAward by the Dubai Shopping Festial, previously under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohanned Bin Rashed Al Maktoom, and starting 2006 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed(2000 to 2010).

Assessments for Companies

Individual Interview

A 20 minutes interview that consists on more evaluation through observation and working under pressure test, in addition to giving the person a feedback on his/her performance on the test overall.

Handwriting analysis

Provides an in depth analysis of the individual personality that he himself is not aware of.

Leadership Skills*

This measures the characteristic of a leader in areas such self-confidence, Emotional intelligence, motivation and vision Available in English & Arabic

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)*

A personality test that reports 16 different types of personalities an individual belongs to. Available in English & Arabic

Critical Thinking

This test measures higher level of thinking such as conceptualising, analysing, reasoning, synthesising, and or evaluating information gathered.

Stress (working under pressure)*

This test is performed during the interview with Dr. Nadia to determine if a person is capable of working under pressure or not (This test measure speed of work under pressure). Language free test

Anxiety test*

This test measures the anxiety level a person has in general and we detect the anxiety point where a person gets distracted from work. Available in English & Arabic

Self-confidence & Self-esteem*

This test measures how a person values himself in comparison to the outer world and how much of a confidence the person has. Available in English & Arabic

Job interest: measures 7 areas

Mental Ability test (IQ)

This test focuses on problem solving, abstract thinking, and numerical abilities. Available in English & Arabic

ASSESSMENT & INTERVIEW OUTCOME

Handwriting analysis will point out the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate’s personality in general.
On leadership the candidate will be ranked based on his/her leadership skills as low, average with potential or excellent.
The MBTI personality test will provide a general description of the persons characteristics based on the 16 types.
The critical thinking is a very difficult assessment the aim is to determine how much a person can think outside the box in an analytical method.
Stress will report the individual’s performance of a task per minute. The outcome will be either slow can’t work under pressure, or can work under pressure but needs more time, or can work under pressure, or can work very well under pressure.
Anxiety outcome will be normal, average or high anxiety.
Self confidence outcome will be either drastically low, low, average or high. 16 considered the highest score.
Job interest reports the best two areas the candidate is good at.
All candidates will be ranked either above average or below average on the IQ; the average IQ is 50.
